Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes offer private entrances - no shared, echoing hallways. Enjoy the outdoors on your own balcony/patio. Your mail and newspaper are delivered right to your door.

Included in each Briarwick apartment home are these special amenities: HEAT & HOT WATER INCLUDED with your rent (not included with the 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan), a wall-unit air conditioner, wall-to-wall carpeting, time saving appliances including dishwasher, disposal, frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, and disposal. Enjoy large closets and several large windows for cross ventilation, quality construction to maximize sound control, a storage locker for seasonal items and coin-operated laundry facilities in the basement for those who choose not to have a washer/dryer in their own apartment.  Optional features include:  heated underground parking $35/month and/or a full-size stacked washer/dryer in your own apartment home $28/month.

We are a pet friendly community that allows up to 2 pets maximum.  2 cats front declawed and neutered or spayed, or 1 cat and 1 dog of no more than 30 pounds and 14" at the top of the back measured at the front shoulder.  All pets must also be at least 1 year old.  There is a monthly pet fee of $20/month and a $250 pet deposit.
